Database Migrations for lexigram-workflow

The DatabaseContentCheckpointStore auto-creates the workflow_content_checkpoints table on first use via CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS. For managed schema migrations (e.g., via Alembic), use the following as a reference:
